We accompany the formation of a company abroad through hand-picked partners on the ground. Those partners handle the formation itself, the registrations and the ongoing administration in the respective jurisdiction.
What we are not responsible for
The legal consequences and the tax treatment are expressly not part of this service – neither in the target country nor in Germany. Your tax adviser and, where needed, your lawyer are responsible for that; in the target country, the professionals there.
